Nolan turned 2 months old last week and along with that came his 2 month appointment with his new pediatrician, Dr. Molly. He was poked, prodded and stripped but was granted healthy status, YEAH!
The part I was looking forward to the most is getting his weight and height stats as I knew he was getting very big! He weighs 12.5 pounds which is just right for his age. His head on the other hand measured in the 90th percentile, meaning that his head is bigger then 90% of other 2 months old...he has a big head! He measured 25 inches which was completely off the charts!
I had a sneaking suspicion that his height/weight ratio was wacky when last week I finally gave up on stretching his 0-3 month onesies and went up to the next size. But when I tried (yet again) to put him in his 0-3 month pants they were way to big for his little belly, they fell right off. Today, his outfit consists of newborn pants (which look like long shorts but at least they stay on him), 0-3 month shirts and 3-6 month onesies. He's in for some awkward growing years, i can feel it!
